To Empowr someone, at its core, means helping them believe in themselves - guiding them to overcome self doubt and build confidence in their own abilities. That is our mission here at Empowr Volleyball!
Through our leadership, training, and competition, we empower young men and women to grow not just as athletes, but as confident individuals ready to face life's challenges. Along the way, we foster a supportive community that uplifts and encourages them every step of the way.
Founder/Director - Brian Coniker
Brian is a graduate of NC State University, where he was an active member of both the beach and indoor volleyball teams. Notably, he played a crucial role in promoting boys' volleyball in high schools within the Central Carolina Region, spearheading its establishment and growth. Currently, Brian continues to showcase his volleyball skills by competing in open tournaments along the East Coast.
